Roomyful signs in to your platforms with accounts that cannot edit. It cannot cancel a class, change a booking or touch a payment.
Bank details encrypted
Routing and account numbers are stored with AES-256 encryption. Lists show the last four digits, and only admins can open the rest.

Each person opens only the pages you tick for them. A studio manager can get reports for their studio and nothing else.
Client names stay inside
Reports and emails carry numbers, never names. Charts are built from counts, so client lists do not travel to anyone's inbox.

No. Your booking platform keeps running bookings, payments and memberships. Roomyful reads from it and answers the questions it does not: how each class slot does over time, how a teacher compares with others in the same classes, who stopped coming, what payroll should be.

Momence, Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Square, ClassPass and Wellhub. If your platform has an API or data exports, we connect it during launch.
How long does setup take?
One month. In the first week we connect, in the second we import your history and check it against your platform, in the third we set up rooms, pay rates, reports and alerts, and in the fourth your team goes live. You see your own numbers from the second week.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every night a job compares what we hold with what your platform reports and flags any difference on a page you can read. Payroll and reports refuse to run on a period that is not fully loaded, and say why. Every metric has an explanation next to it of how it is counted.
Can Roomyful change anything in my booking system?
No. Connections are read-only: we sign in with a staff account that cannot edit. If you later want Roomyful to write something back, such as a schedule change, that is agreed and switched on separately.
Do you move money for payroll?
No. Roomyful counts what each teacher is owed from the classes and your pay rates, then makes a standard ACH (NACHA) file and a summary CSV. You upload the file to your bank, which moves the money. Every file is kept exactly as it was downloaded.
Who can see what?
Each person sees only the pages you tick for them. Pay rates and bank details are open to admins only, and bank numbers are stored encrypted. Client names stay inside the app and never appear in a report or an email.
We have one studio. Is this for us?
Yes, if you run enough classes that you can no longer hold the schedule in your head: about 25 a week and up. Below that, your platform's built-in reports are probably enough, and we will tell you so on the call.
Can you build a report or export we need?
Yes. Any analytics, report, export or dashboard: investor packs, revenue and profit by class, churn and lifetime value, feeds into Excel, Google Sheets, your BI or your accounting. Tell us what you need and we quote it.
Can I leave, and what happens to my data?
Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans are paid up front and cost two months less. Your data is yours: export every table to CSV whenever you like, and on request we delete everything within 30 days of the end of the contract.
