This page explains what Roomyful collects on this website and how the product treats the data of the studios that use it.

This website

When you request a demo we receive the details you type into the form: your name, work email, studio, booking platform and number of locations. We use them only to arrange and hold the demo. We do not sell them or add you to a mailing list.

The product

Roomyful reads data from a studio's booking platform and point of sale through read-only connections, on that studio's instruction. The studio remains the owner of its data. We use it only to provide the service to that studio.

Client names are kept inside the application and do not appear in reports or emails. Bank details used for payroll are stored encrypted. A studio can export its data at any time and ask for it to be deleted when the contract ends.
